Commonly referred to as the champagne of Green tea, Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) is sold across China and the World but as always there are wildly varying grades. This tea from Fujian has been withered a little under the sun and has the characteristic taste of Fujian - a bit more warm, tropical and foresty than your average Silver Needle.
All our organic Silver Needle are picked from organic tea gardens above 800 meters above sea level. The tea gardens adopt the management mode supervised by ECOCERT, an international organic certification organization, and do not use pesticides at all. The organic pearl tea we produce meets EU/USDA standards
