Pheonix Oolong Tea
Pheonix Oolong Tea is also named Fenghuang Dancong, is a very special oolong tea in China , Which is only grown in the garden in the Pheonix mountain in Guangdong province. To produce the unique Phoenix Oolong, every single twig of tea leaves is plucked from a single shrub of tea tree. Much intensive manual work has to be carried out during the fermentation process, in order to strictly control the degree of fermentation: the leaf is damaged only at the edges, which will oxidize while the middle part of the leaf remains intact, preserving the natural green fresh note.
Our Dancong Aria (Mi Lan Xiang) exudes a perfumy aroma of orchids and almonds. Smooth and refined texture with flavors of fresh apricot, peach pit, and honey this tea is naturally fruity and sweet, with notes of lychee and honey that will last through 5 or 6 infusions. Cupping Instructions
1. 1-2 Perfect Spoonfuls of tea
2. 475 ml (16 oz) of 90℃/195℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced
3. Steep for 4-5 minutes
