Our Bi Luo Chun is harvested in the Dong Ting Mountain at Lake Tai. This protected natural reserve is located in the Jiangsu province of China. The perfect climate, soil and precipitation work together to make Dong Ting Mountain an ideal place for growing tea trees. For hundreds of years, local Dong Ting farmers grow tea trees side by side with fruit trees, giving Bi Luo Chun its famous floral fruity aroma.
Our Biluochun comes from picking a bud and a leaf. The curly buds and leaves covered with white fuzz, tender and thin. The taste is sweet and nutty, The aroma is noticeable fruity, floral aroma. The liquor is yellowish-green with floating fuzz.
